Jacinta Yanders / The Ohio State University

Jacinta Yanders will be graduating from The Ohio State University with her PhD in English. In the fall, she will be beginning a position as an Assistant Professor of English at the College of DuPage. She primarily researches representations of identity in media as well as contemporary media trends. She has been previously published in Transformative Works and Cultures and currently serves on the Steering Committee of SCMS' Critical Media Pedagogy SIG.
