Flow Conference 2018 Registration & Lodging
Online registration is now open for the 2018 Flow Conference!
In keeping with one of this year’s themes of precarity in academia, the Flow Conference planning committee has reduced the normal registration fee for graduate students and independent scholars, with an even greater savings for the early registration rate. It is the goal of the planning committee for this small gesture to highlight awareness of financial precarity for those in positions of unpaid/underpaid scholarship.
To offset the cost of these reduced rates for graduate students and independent scholars, we also welcome tax-deductible donations of $10 or more (increments of $10).

Walk-up Registration and Check-In Location:
Thursday (12-5:30 p.m.)/Friday (8:30-5:30 p.m.): Texas Union, Sinclair Suite, 1st Floor
Saturday (8:30-3:00 p.m.): Belo Media Center, 4th Floor Lobby
*Registration provides access to all conference events, including roundtables and receptions.
Lodging & Transportation:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton for attendees. To get the reduced rate of $169/night when registering, please use this registration portal.
